Maybe you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected. Maybe your thoughts feel heavy, daily life feels harder than it should, or coping feels like a constant struggle. I offer personalized, evidence-based counseling for anyone 13 and older, supporting healing of the mind, body, and spirit, with sessions shaped around your unique needs and goals.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), bringing both professional training and lived experience to our work together. I tailor each session to your strengths and what matters most to you, with optional spiritual guidance—such as prayer, meditation, or scripture—if it feels meaningful. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered on your journey.
I offer support for individuals and families, helping improve communication, connection, and understanding. Family support can include parenting guidance, navigating recovery together, resolving conflict, or supporting a loved one through mental health or substance use challenges.
Together, we work on building coping skills, emotional resilience, and practical strategies that support long-term growth, recovery, and meaningful change.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children, connecting with friends, traveling, and exploring local coffee shops and restaurants. I also find deep meaning in supporting vulnerable members of our community in ways that honor their dignity and inherent worth.
